Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the VDance - AI Dance Generator app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Shaya Creative (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you before you incur them.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

  1. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions. The Application offers premium features through auto-renewable subscription plans. The subscription title, duration, and price are displayed within the Application at the point of purchase before you confirm.
  2. Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
  3. Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  4. Managing or Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID: open your device Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or follow Apple's cancellation guidelines. The Application does not process cancellations directly.
  5. Free Trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
  6. Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store, not by the Service Provider. No refunds are issued by the Service Provider for unused subscription periods. Any refund request is handled exclusively under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

User Content & AI-Generated Output

  1. Your Content. You are solely responsible for any images, videos, or other content you upload to the Application ("User Content"). You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable law.
  2. Prohibited Use. You agree not to upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit, depicts non-consensual likenesses of real individuals, or otherwise violates the rights of others. The Service Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
  3. AI Processing. The Application uses third-party AI providers to generate videos from your uploaded content. By submitting content, you consent to its transmission for processing as described in our Privacy Policy. Generated output is produced by automated systems and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or suitability. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content in compliance with applicable laws and the rights of third parties.
  4. Likeness & Consent. You confirm that any person appearing in your uploaded content has consented to its use for AI video generation.
